I love the thought of making something; the very concept of creation, where anything is possible with the right set of creativity and craftsnmanship... and the right materials, of course! my ability to create, and think ahead as to functioning pieces clicking together had helped me develop thing that are well beyand the capabilities of all but the wisest and most intelligent of crafters . Afraid of most everything, (most of all, failiure) my paranoia's lead me to be better accustomed to sound, whether it be the sound of hoofsteps from a distance, or a disfunctional, perhaps slightly out of place nut/bolt in one of my machines, granting be the ability to know what is wrong, and fix it long before the problem becomes severe. The more Cog lived alone in the dark, the more her vision failed. Because of this, she has sensitive ears that allow her to "see" whenever she hears a noise. this does not apply to Hoofs-on activities, like making clocks. she requires glasses for those kind of things. t
History
:
I Used to own a little clock shop in Canterlot, studying enchantments to make items float. The whole thing failed horribly, but it turned out steam did the trick. When the war came, the Equestrian Military caught sight of my work, and enlisted me into a team for building military airships, to match the soaring griffons. after the battle of Horsehitcher Pass, i fled the army because of the thought of dying, wasting a precious soul for a pointless cause. I then left for Manehattan, trying to find an easier life for myself. While there, i stumbled across The Undermarket. But because of the horrible stench and the horrible conditions, I dug away from it all, coming across a place rich with iron and other crafting needs. Because of the abundance of supplies and metal, I could tinker away at my ideas that had been trapped in my head for years.
