Truth Or Dare Empty Truth Or Dare

Here I'll place all the dare that require certain circumstances to occur in RP. I have this list up, so as to remind people of their dares, and to prove they completed them.
Tracker Jack: First nonlethal thing to come towards his face has to hit him. Object thrown or punches.
Blackwing: Spill a drink on a customer in her bar.
