Personality: Chesnut is a bit of an ambitious colt. He believes anything is possible when you put your mind to it. Always the optimist, he's usually the one leading any projects the trio gets into. Which is why, he's usually considered the unofficial leader of the group, even though none of them ever say it.

His shenanigans usually tend to get him in trouble with the group. And sometimes his positive attitude can get annoying. However, he remains positive in most situations others would call grim. And this makes him valuable for the morale of the group, and possibly other people he encounters.

History: Chesnut was born and raised in Manehattan. He doesn't remember much of the war, and has a fascination of life before the war. This sometimes leads to questions before the war, turning into stories about life before the war. He's mostly fascinated with stories of the Elements of Harmony, and the Princesses.

His parent's raised him, two Earth Ponies. Due to his upbringing, he has a slight Manehattan accent, which he hardly notices. When Ches learns of the CMC, he wholeheartedly convinces the group it'd be the best thing to do, to get their cutie marks. And so, the group sets off for adventure, fun, and most importantly, their cutie marks.
