Personality: Jacov tends to be rather outgoing. He can enjoy himself with almost any griffon(And most ponies). He speaks his mind, which has gotten him into trouble more than once. Although outgoing, he tends to have a somewhat pessimistic view on some issues when he tosses them around in his head. He also enjoys a friendly debate, especially when it becomes heated.

He tends to think of himself as moral. However, he sometimes doubts this when circumstances get rough. He likes to help others, but isn't too keen to get himself dirty in the process (Metaphorically and Physically). Like most Aeryie, he doesn't have the body to get into physical fights, preferring brains to braun. Outsmarting his opponents is one way in which he rose to prominence withing the House Aeryie.

History: Born into the House Aeryie, he quickly became one of its most popular members. In school he was Captain of the debate club (A big deal to the Aeryie), and was prominent in chess as well. Once he finished school he took his studies abroad, and in the process, wrote books pertaining to the several houses. Once he returned he was offered an advisors seat to the council. His input on the other houses helped tremendously to settle disputes, and give opinions on the matter at claw.

After a few decades of sitting next to the council, after the conquering of Equestria, it was decided that these new lands needed to be catalouged. However, things have changed. He can no longer write as he pleases. It has been subtly hinted at that a favorable outlook of the Equestrian Territory is highly suggested, lest his being and his family be harmed. However, this has proved difficult, as much of the territory is not very safe, or in any circumstance, not favorable in the least. And with everything he writes checked upon by an Inquisitor of the Tsar himself, he needs to be careful what he does, otherwise he might be next on the Tsars hit list.
