Trotting the Streets of Danger [Closed] (Dated)
Oct 26, Year 4
The sound of hooves clopping along the cracked paved streets echoed through the empty area as Megabyte wandered aimlessly through the many pathways that no sane pony would travel through alone if they didn't have to. The pegasus mare stopped every so often to rummage through any crunched trash can or junk pile she could find on her quest for parts or pieces of any discarded metal, picking up anything she found usable and tucking them away into her left saddlebag, her right filled to the brim with her tools and unable to hold anything else. "This should be good, or at least adequate." She said to herself before moving along on her search.
She glanced up to the sky, the sun starting to set not bothering her in the slightest despite the approaching curfew as she simply carried on with her activity. She was rarely home by dark anyway, and even less likely to sleep before the sun rose again the next day.

Shuffling down the alley, attempting to stay silent, the Griffon mercenary known as "Zweihander" followed his mark. He did not understand why he had to follow the mare, but pay is pay. Sticking to the shadows, he saw the mare rummage thought the surrounding trash. It would appear that she was scavenging for scrap, no doubt to sell. Adjusting a strap on his battle-harness, and putting one claw on the gigantic hilt perched on his back for reassurance, he continued to shadow this "Megabyte Stream".
As he moved forwards, his right leg brushed against a nearby pile of trash, knocking it over. As the garbage fell in a clatter, he quickly hid his not so inconsiderable form to the side, praying he was not spotted.

Re: Trotting the Streets of Danger [Closed] (Dated)
Megabyte hummed a soft tune to herself as she continued her search for parts and scrap, utterly unaware of the eyes on her. She picked up another piece and placed it in her bag with the other finds of the day. An ear twitched as the sound of falling objects reached it, causing the mare to look up and over her shoulder in an attempt to find the source of the sound.
After a moment, she simply fixed her slightly scratched glasses on her muzzle before looking back ahead and continuing her trot ahead to the next trash can. She hummed the slight tune a bit louder to herself to keep her nerves calm, knowing it would help her more than being nervous if the possible being nearby ended up being hostile. The area wasn't the safest, ponies would even attack other ponies if you had something they didn't.

Curses! He was almost caught by that mare. Exhaling slowly, he came to the realization that she may have began to run. Tilting his head to get a better idea of nearby sounds, Zweihander heard a loud tune being hummed. It seemed familiar, yet he could not place the name. Stepping carefully over the now-collapsed pile of trash, and moving a little slower, he made his way down a shortcut, where he would confront the mare about any Rebel activities.
He hoped it would not come to blows, it was not his way. Unlike the insufferable beast SangWing... he put Timberwolves to shame with sheer bloodlust. Shuddering with apprehension, Zweihander exited the side alley, realizing he was ahead of the mare. Preparing himself, he leaned against a nearby wall, and opened a bottle of cider. Taking a swig, he ruminated on what was to come.

Re: Trotting the Streets of Danger [Closed] (Dated)
Steel Strike was sitting in his shop, whittling a figure. He quite enjoyed his whittling, as it was practically the only thing that kept him sane in the hours his clients usually showed up. This particular figure he was carving was a Pegasus. With it's wings stretched open, hearkening to the sky. He sighed, remembering the days when a Pegasi could take flight, and not have a care in the world. How things have changed... thought Strike.
Soon he heard the rumblings on something on the street. A few moments later, a pony came into view. A Pegasus to be precise. She seemed to be digging into trash cans and other various places, sometimes pausing to take something out. Strike hope she had a good reason to be out, as it was almost curfew. And if she was caught in the streets, it wouldn't be very good for her. Strike continued whittling, while keeping a close eye and ear on the pony. She didn't seem as bad as some of the ponies he'd encountered, in the heart of the city.

Megabyte continued along her way, flipping the top off of the last trash can in the area to see if she could find any last minute items, a large grin appearing on her face as she spotted what seemed to be the remains of a busted up projector. She placed a few choice parts into her bag, leaving the rest behind to come back to the next morning, not wishing to be caught with too much of a good thing.
The sound of a knife on wood eventually floated into her ear, looking towards the shop owned by Steel Strike. She waved a hoof at the other pony to say hello before continuing on her way, heading straight for the griffon she was unable to see while making her way back towards her home.

As soon as the mare was close enough, Zweihander quickly stepped out of the shadows. Taking his namesake off of his back, he slammed the blade into the ground, making a loud noise. The concrete has a very large crack in it now. Snapping his beak to get the pegasus' attention, he gazed upon her with his trademark glare.

Steel Strike nodded in her direction after she waved. She seemed to know her way around. She hadn't been caught by patrols yet. Of course, it doesn't mean you can outrun them forever. As he returned to whittling, he began thinking about how the city had been before. Before all this madness had hit. However, his deep though session had been penetrated by a loud crack.

Megabyte stopped in her tracks as soon as the sword hit the pavement, glancing down at the crack before up at the griffon. She met the glare with a smile, not seeming to be intimidated at all despite knowing the griffon in front of her could kill her at any moment. "Hi there officer, I'm just heading home now." She said in a cheerful smile, the pressure of the moment only bringing out her eccentric side. "Is there anything I can help you with? Sharpening your sword perhaps?"

Cracking a smile at the mares cheery response, Zweihander dared to believe this might be over with quickly.
Placing his left claw in his harness, he withdrew a piece of paper, and put it in front of the mare. Gesturing to the mare to read it, he relaxed his grip on his blade as well.
Moving his eyes to the Unicorn, he noted that he noticed him. Giving him a similar glare that he had given the mare not too long ago, he hoped that got the point across that he was not to interfere.
Glancing downwards again, he noted what was written down;
[/i]Megabyte Stream, my name is not important right now, but you must listen carefully. You are to accompany this freelance Griffon to Griffon Headquarters, where you will be questioned in regards to the Rebellion. If, by the time you read this, it is curfew, the mercenary will make sure you have suitable lodging until you are able to proceed.
The mercenary answers to the moniker of "Zweihander". I will see you tomorrow.[i]

Re: Trotting the Streets of Danger [Closed] (Dated)
The Pegasi's repsonse had him worried that the poor pony didn't know what she was getting into. However, the griffon produced a...letter? If Steel Strike wasn't so wrapped up in the seriousness of the moment, he might have laughed. He was half expecting the griffon to gut the poor Pegasus right there. However, he was slightly relieved when the letter was put down. The griffon noticed him staring at the two, and gave him a look, saying if he did anything, it'd be his head. This snapped Strike back into the moment, and he realized that the letter might contain some not so good news. If she doesn't go quietly, she's going to make this alot harder on herself. he thought, quietly.
Likewise, it could be a letter from her Dear Aunt, though the way the messenger looked, he threw that theory right out the window. If it was a friendly letter, the messenger would certainly not be a viscous griffon, with a mean attitude. As he watched the exchange, he wondered what in the world the letter said, and whether it bode ill for the pony.

Megabyte blinked as the letter was produced for her, chuckling a bit to herself at the non-threatening route the moment had taken. She took the letter with a quiet hum, reading over the summons quickly before giving the paper a nod and looking back up at Zweihander afterwords. "Alright, I'll go with you mister Zweihander." She replied, her cheerful expression not changing in the slightest despite where she was going.
"There's a rebellion?" She simply asked in a clueless tone while her tail flicked behind her a couple times.

Chuckling to himself in the peculiar way Griffons do, Zweihander picked up the letter. Gesturing with his free claw at the rapidly setting sun, and at the shopkeeper, he hoped she understood what he was getting at. She appeared to be at least familiar with the unicorn; that was good news. Beginning to move forwards towards the shopkeeper, he looked at Megabyte Stream questioningly, awaiting her reaction. She seemed to be a bit eccentric for a pony, but appeared to be very smart. Remembering that she offered to sharpen his blade while he glared at her menacingly, he began to wonder if she even knew what was going on.
Regardless, what concerned him was what appeared to be her completely honest response; "There's a rebellion?"
'Where was she the past few months, living in a basement?' Zweihander thought to himself.

The two began trotting over. Strike was amazed that she had just asked if their was a rebellion. Unless you lived under a rock, you knew. She certainly didn't seem worried if there was one or not. However, strike had more posing matters at hoof.
The pair began walking towards his shop. Strike remembered it was almost curfew, and that they might need a place for them to stay. He didn't have much room in his cramped storefront; however, upstairs is where is main abode was. It wasn't much, just a bedroom or two, along with a few multi-use rooms. He began thinking of a way to accommodate them, without any problems. The griffon would most likely require the most luxurious room, or the one with least clutter. That'd be his room. He thought about the pony, who would also like a decent room, before heading off to wherever she was going. That'd be the guest bedroom, which had a modest bunk, with boxes piled around. Strike went inside, and behind the counter, and turned around, facing the two he was sure were behind him. "Main Bedroom is up the stairs, first room on the left. Guest bedroom is third door on the right. Bathroom's in between."

Megabyte fixed her glasses once again as Zweihander passed by, gaining a sly grin across her muzzle for a quick moment before putting her clueless face back on and turning around to follow the griffon towards the shop owned by Strike. She kept at a moderate pace to make sure she didn't overtake or fall behind Zweihander and risk her own safety. With a smile, she trotted inside the shop, pausing in her place at the offer of a room.
"Oh no, I couldn't take a bed from you, it's your home." She said, gaining a sincere frown after speaking. "I don't mind sleeping on the floor or anything. You work hard, so you need a good place to sleep."

Zweihander, having been offered the best room in the shop (no doubt the merchants room itself), felt slightly guilty for what he was about to do. Tapping the unicorn lightly on the neck to get his attention, Zweihander gestured at himself, and then to a nearby chair. Not waiting to see the shopkeepers response, he turns to the only mare in the room.
Getting her attention, he points at her, then up the stairs. His look is one of no compromise. By the Empire, she would be going to sleep while he made preparations for tomorrow... and partook of a little liquid fortitude.

Steel saw the gestures the griffon was making. It seemed he'd be staying downstairs while he looked to the other mare, and pointed upstairs. He obviously wanted to be alone for whatever he was going to do down here. Steel nodded, and turned back to the mare.
"I think your friend would rather you stay upstairs. I have a guest bedroom, and it's meant for guests after all. I really wouldn't mind." he said, calmly. She seemed eccentric, considering the circumstances. If the shoe was on the other hoof, he'd at least try to remain calm. She seemed practically giddy at the prospect of whatever was happening. He hoped this was all some ploy on her part.

Megabyte watched the gestures from the griffon closely as he explained what he wanted all of them to do for the night, turning her head over to Strike as he spoke to her. "Alright, thank you very much then you two." She said with a slight smile at the offer of a bed. She glanced at the two with her once more, nodding to them both to say goodnight.
"I guess I'll be going to sleep now then, I have an important place to be in the morning." She said in the same tone as always before making her way up the stairs. Once she was sure her face was at least out of Zweihander's view, her smile quickly changed into a devious smirk. She was going to be seeing the inner workings of the griffon base in the morning and wasn't going to mess up the opportunity.

The strange mare went upstairs, smiling just as much. It was befuddling, really. He turned back to the griffon, whom had already taken his seat. He seemed to be relaxing, and shot the staring unicorn a look. Steel fake yawned quickly, and headed upstairs. His room wasn't much better then the guest bedroom. The bed was bigger, and it comforted his back better, but that was about it. He had an old design desk in one corner, and boxes elsewhere. By the time he reached his room, the mare had just closed the door. He shook his head. He entered his bedroom, and hoped the griffon wouldn't be making any loud noises as he slept.

Laying back in the chair, Zweihander gave the unicorn a glare before he settled in. Stretching his wings to their full length, he yawned.
*SMASH*
It appeared the tip of his wing knocked over a couple of horseshoes. Unseating himself from his chair, he crouched to pick up the stray horseshoes. As he crouched, he felt the familiar twinge of his war wounds. Remembering the war, his mood darkened. He would be glad when tomorrow came, and that cheerful pony was taken out of his claws. Uncorking a fresh bottle of cider, Zweihander began to drink himself to sleep. As the minutes became hours, the only thing he could think about was his comrade, leaving him for dead on that fateful day...
But by then, he was too far in a stupor to care, or even remember his own name.

Iris Hawkeye enters the shop moments later. She glances at the gryphon and sways her hips side to side seductively as she walks up to the counter. She sighs intentionally giving a nice view of her body to Zwei. "Is anypony here?" she says in a pouty voice that only Zwei would be able to hear. Zwei may or may not recognize the slutty pony as Iris Hawkeye, the wanted thief.

"Is any pony here?" A very feminine voice shook the griffon from his thoughts. Raising his head sluggishly, he got a better view of who was talking. What appeared before his drink-addled eyes were three triplets, all identical with a dark coat, and all blurry. Shaking his head, he did an old trick his commander taught him. Taking one of his neck feathers in his claw, he pulled. Hard. Wincing in pain, and sudden clarity, he viewed the mare in front of him. She seemed... off. And... was she attempting to be seductive? Did he not know inter species relations were banned by the Empire? Raising a claw, he motioned her to exit the door.

Iris doesn't notice or look back at the Gryphon, but merely continues her seduction in attempt to suede the lone drunk gryphon behind her "Helloooo..." she calls out in a voice that once again only Zweihander can hear.

Raising himself from his chair, Zweihander began to gesture again towards the door more forcibly, while sneakily clicking a single button that attached the sword to a magnet on his back. He wouldn't be able to pull it off, but he wasn't taking chances. The sword was a squad heirloom, given to the strongest "Talon" in the Stormtroopers. A fine gilded blade, with ornamental diamond on the hilt, the blade was the length of a full grown stallion. It would get a fortune on the black market... it was a shame there was an ungodly amount of notches on the hilt. What no one but Zweihander knew, was that each of those notches was all that recorded would-be thieves. He was NOT one to let the only lifeline to sanity left go.
Beginning to grow annoyed, Zweihander put a claw on his sword as a bluff, he could not detach it if he tried. With his free claw, he pointed at the door, and glared at the mare. She was NOT going to disturb him.

Iris turns around, her eyes following his claw to the door. "But I can't go outside, it's past curfew." she puts on a seductive face "Surely you can make an exception for little ol' me." She doesn't even glance at the sword knowing better than to hint at her intentions.

Huh. She appeared to not take hints. Suddenly, an evil grin appeared on Zweihander's face. Making a step towards the mare, he notices she was looking at his... oh my. Shaking his head, he outstretched his wings, making his face look as menacing as possible. She could not know what he was going to do, but he still felt guilty. Taking one more step towards the mare, he tended up as if to pounce...

Iris saw the method that Mega used to get out of this situation and played innocent keeping a perfectly not-guilty face as she looks up at him. "I don't have any money to pay you, but I can make it worth your while~..." She bites her lip seductively shuffling her hooves.

Chuckling inwardly, he realized she fell for his bluff. As fast as he could manage, Zweilander lashed with his wing the nearby pile of horseshoes. With an ungodly noise, they fell to the ground. He figured two against one was better odds.
Hopefully, they could talk this over. This mare seemed smart, if a little risqué. He figured he could find out the real reason she was here with a little help.

Re: Trotting the Streets of Danger [Closed] (Dated)
Steel awoke with a start. He heard the clinging of several of the horseshoes he'd made clinging to the floor. Great, probably that griffon, being either stupid or drunk. Steel got from his bed, and opened his door. As he walked outside the door, he noticed that Mare's door was still closed. That meant she hadn't been woken up, or had and didn't care. He hoped his guest could relax while she could. He made his way downstairs.
When he got to his storefront, he was shocked at the sight. The griffon was standing and alert, and another pony was in his store. She was over by the horseshoes. She seemed to be worried, and he could understand why. A mysterious pony in the night, in his store, by his horseshoes. He'd met theives before, but none so stupid as to drop the things she was stealing. "Uh, what's going on here?!"

"I'm sorry. I knocked your horseshoes over and..." she finishes putting them back on the rack and looks out the window. She looks back at Steel seductively "and its past curfew and I was wondering if I could stay here for the night."

Remembering his old squad leaders fabled words of wisdom, Zweilander chuckled. "Never underestimate a pissed off blacksmith boy. Things will get ugly."
Seeing the look on the mysterious mare, who happened to know his name, and the blacksmith/merchants faces, he knew that this could go south in a hurry. Discreetly shaking his head at the unicorn as a warning, he hoped he understood that this mare was sly.
Zweilander figured he would be drunk in half an hour, and still have time to bring Megabyte to his benefactor. He still kept his safety on the sword, however. He didn't trust this mare. And neither should the unicorn.

She had that face of innocence. However, he doubted she came in here with the intention of staying over. And the griffon shaking his head slightly confirmed that she wasn't as innocent as she claimed to be. However, if he was to assume that she was a thief, it wouldn't seem fair.
"I'm sorry. I knocked your horseshoes over and..." she finishes putting them back on the rack and looks out the window. She looks back at Steel seductively "and its past curfew and I was wondering if I could stay here for the night."
Steel blinked for second. She was being seductive? To him? Now THAT was a funny way of getting his attention. She looked like a younger mare, and far too young for him. Considering how late it was, she wouldn't have just wandered in now. He tried thinking of a response to get her out of there as quick as possible, with the least amount of trouble. If she was as sly and cunning as the griffon pointed to, he had to think of something, and quick.
"It's alright." he said, calmly. He saw the griffons reaction instantly turn sour. "However, I have nowhere else for you to stay tonight. In fact, the only place you could sleep, is down here, with this griffon. And although I'm sure the griffon wouldn't mind the company, I don't think you'd be fine with him."

Smiling a bit more viciously than he meant to, Zweihander appraised the situation. If the mare was going to stay downstairs, he would definitely keep an eye on her. If she went upstairs, he would stay down here, with his back in a corner, and would not sleep. Actually, now that he thought of it, it was quite unlikely any sleep would be occurring tonight. Frowning sourly, he crossed his forearms, awaiting the mares reaction.

"Well, he hasn't been mean to me so far... And it's better than being out there... where SangWing is..." she shivers in fear. "Please? I promise I won't keep you up any longer..." she continues her seduction towards Steel as to make it look natural.

Zweilander stood stock still. SangWing? After this mare? Suddenly things have gotten a lot more interesting. Reflexively putting his claw on his sword, he tensed his body up. If SangWing was after her...
She could be worth a lot of money.

Steel began thinking. She could use a good scare, and what better way to scare a would-be thieve then a night with a griffon. He was about to suggest this, until he saw movement from the griffon. He was putting his handle on his sword. "Now now! Let's not do anything hasty..." he said, a bit concerned. He must have known this SangWing character, for his body seemed to tense as soon as it was said. "I don't know who you are, but I'm thinking that it'd be best if you run..." he said, trying to forewarn her of the griffon who seemed prepared to attack.

Getting into a ready stance, Zweihander prepared to take this mare into custody. If he wanted her, then she must have a sizable bounty on her head. Slowly reaching for the button that would deactivate his safety, just in case things went worse than expected. Grabbing the prepared slip of paper that would decide how things went, he threw it in front of the mare.
This document legally binds the presenter, one "Zweihander", to bring into custody any and all fugitives, criminals, and rebels that the presenter finds, for the price of;
250 gilder for common criminals
500 gilder for Rebel operatives
1000 gilder for capital offence criminals
Signed,
Commander Feliks, High Commander of the Griffon Army
This escalated things. Hopefully, he could get Megabyte and this new mare both to Griffin Headquarters without Guerilla interference.

A slight clang of metal came from upstairs, followed by some quick shuffling sounds from hooves on wood. After a few moments of silence and a few more hoofsteps from the hallway, Megabyte poked her head out from the corner and into the main room of the shop. The mare didn't say anything as she simply observed what the source of the noise she had been hearing was, quickly gaining a look of confusion after spotting the new pony in the shop.

The mare was retaining her innocence. That was amusing, but the circumstances were hardly the time for laughter. The griffon reached inside his pouch and produced another letter. He was even more concerned with this letter. The last one convinced a mare off the street to take shelter here in his shop. This one probably held even graver news. Steel looked for something he could use to diffuse the situation. He noticed the horseshoes were placed right inbetween the two. Now theres an idea...

Looking up, Zweihander saw the innocent pegasus, Megabyte, looking down with an uncharacteristic look of confusion. Zweihander realized that things had gone VERY bad. He needed to get out of the smithy yesterday. Going in to grab the young filly by the back of the neck, he simultaneously gestured Megabyte to approach him.
They were leaving now. And damn it if he didn't meet SangWing on the way, with his luck. Hopefully, he would not need to harm anyone, but he wouldn't hesitate to kill anyone that hindered his mission. As he was occupied, he failed to notice the smith looking at the horseshoes between himself and the sixteen year old filly...

Megabyte blinked a few times in surprise when Zweihander gestured to her, giving the griffon a happy smile before turning and trotting back up the stairs. She came back a few moments later with her saddlebags on her back, moving right over to the others and smiling eagerly at them. "Are we heading out already?" She asked in her clueless tone from before, fixing her glasses as the broken earpiece made them slip down her muzzle again.

Steel looked as the griffon raised his claw. The idea he had been formulating came instantly, almost on instinct. His horn lit up with a gray aoura, that also surrounded the horseshoe. The horseshoe shot up, catching his claw. Before the griffon could react, Steel brought another horseshoe, and put it around his other claw, near his sword. While he was distracted, he shot the horseshoes into the wall, esentially pinning him to the wall.
"If I were you miss I'd run." Steel turned around to warn the other pony, but she was right there. "Uh you could leave, uh, you know if you want to..." he said feeling stupid after saying it. Steel begaan running upstairs, hoping to get out of his shop before the griffon called for reinforcements.

Zweihander opened his beak, and let out a noiseless scream. With his arms pinned with magic, he was unable to release himself.
Nonononononono! Zwielander panicked. This was just like what happened when he lost his voice. Magical bindings, a feeling of helplessness and paranoia, and... NO. He wasn't here. He couldn't be here. This couldn't be a trap, like last time. Zwielander's pupils began to dilate as he panicked.
Why me! Why now! On reflex, he attempted to scream again. But no noise came out. He was alone. And no one could find him, and save him from a fate worse than death.

Megabyte jumped back a few paces from the sudden confrontation that exploded in front of her, letting a loud whine escape her when her plans of seeing the inside of the base for a more or less neutral matter were dashed in front of her eyes. She held her hooves over her mouth afterwords to silence herself, forced to take a few moments to calm down and avoid losing her composure. After a few moments, she calmed herself and stood back up normally, moving over to Strike and bringing her muzzle to his ear to whisper a message to him.
"He was going to take me to the griffon headquarters for some questioning that would result in getting nothing from me. I was going to get information for the rebellion." She said in a quiet whisper to make sure Strike was the only one that heard her. She looked back over at Zweihander after a moment to see him still struggling, taking a few steps closer to the griffon despite the danger to observe his anger.

Zweilander was gone. For now. In his place, was his tortured, insane persona, Vengeance. And he was restrained. Like the last time. Snapping his beak rapidly, savoring the air, he notices a familiar taste.
Ponyflesh...
He turned his head slowly. What greeted his grossly enlarged pupils was...a mare. But not just any mare, oh no, but a Unicorn. He seemed to not recall a name to this mare, but couldn't quite remember. That was the swords job. To remember. His job was to hunt, and savor the meat and blood of those who wronged him. Locking eyes with the mare, a sudden change came upon his eyes. They shrunk to normal size, and the sane side, the sword, came to the front for a moment. Out of instinct, he mouthed words in native Griffon.
"Help me please" A single tear rolled down his cheek. After this moment of tranquility, the walls began to bulge as incredible strength pulled at them. The Griffons pupils dilated again, and Vengeance was back once more. Letting out another noiseless scream, he began to snap at everything near him like a wounded animal. Those who stay do so at their own peril, for the beast is loose.

Steel listened to the mares story. It shocked him a bit, but he shook his mane and recovered. "Well I'm sorry I ruined your chances at espionage. I was just thinking saving two fillies lives might have been worth it, but now that I know that one mare was all for naught makes me feel real good! At least I saved one mares life." Steel stood a moment, not use to quick responses. "Look I dont want to join some suicidal rebellion. Im sorry I ruined your chances at some useful info, but right now, I need to get out of here." he said impatiently. He continued his walk to the windows upstairs.

Megabyte moved away from the flailing griffon once Strike's words registered with her. She kept her voice low to keep Zweihander from overhearing her. "I'm sorry if I don't know much of what happened down here, I was working on some things and just heard some noise. I only came down to check after I broke my last screw and couldn't finish my project." She replied, face not changing despite the angry tone that came from the other pony. "I never asked you to join us, did I? I just assumed you were at least involved in some way, since most ponies I talk to are. I just want to find a way to chase these griffons out of our home so we don't have to live in fear anymore."

Steel continued upstairs, while barely listening to the mares response. By the time she finished she reached the window. "Well I aint most pony. Look Im sorry about ruining your chances at getting some info. If you stay here-" but was interrupted by loud crashes from downstairs. "I'd say you have about 50% of heading to the griffon capital. The other half being torn limb from limb. As for me, there is a 100% chance I'm going through that window. I'd say your chances are better out this window, but thats up to you. Either way Im heading out this window." And with his magic he opened the locks, and threw the window open. He jumped out onto the roof, and turned around. "You coming, or not?" he asked quickly, giving her a chance to escape.
