Personality: Evangeline is far from dispassionate, but she isn't a hot head. She's calm, curt, polite, and professional. She bears herself with a warm demeanor, and speaks in slow, measured, but direct fashion. She is an excellent confident, because she's discrete and knows better then to throw people's information around.

Despite her niceness, she isn't here to just chat with people. She keeps her business afloat and her customers happy. She will turn people over if they compromise here or her business, and will not hesitate to resort to nasty dealings to bring in a debt owed to her. All in all, if you pay your dues and keep a happy continence around her, she will do the same in turn. But the world has no wrath like that of a scorned hen.

History: Her parents owned the store she currently works from many years and the store has been in her families possession for something like one hundred and twenty years. It's not especially classy, and it's been torn down and remodeled at least six times in its history. When she came into ownership of it, it was a knicknacks shop and antiques store- her parent's had just died in the aftermath of the invasion. In the years after, she took small loans and the like to build it into its modern incarnation, the Topclaw Cafe and Bar.

Since then, she's made lots of friends and the occasional enemy. She'd like to be curt and polite, but sometimes circumstances didn't allow that in the city of Manehattan, and she has resorted to blackmail and kidnapping in order to keep her business affloat. The business is her home, her sanctuary. If you threaten her or her livelihood, you'll have hell to pay.
