She walked through the door and glanced back over her shoulder at her new master before moving in the direction of the stairs.
The griffoness was not sure what to think of the grey tercel. He was certainly more pleasant than Feliks for now. But only time would tell whether this would be maintained.

Kroll watched Aella head off towards the stairwell before beginning to move the locked boxes into his office. After stacking them against the far wall, the captain sat down in behind the desk in his office and began to flip through the lists on the clipboard the bookish tercel had given him earlier. There was a lot of ground to cover in the coming weeks, and Kroll hoped he'd be able to set aside enough time to work with Aella.
