December 13 Morning.

Clara started her normal shift at her new job at the hospital. Recently the days had been quiet which she liked, she liked everyone being alive and healthy...but she still wanted to do something with her time. She checked up on her patients and talked to some of the doctor's but usually they just shrugged her off as nothing. Which she truly hated, she wished that she was skilled enough to be classified as a doctor. She huffed in frustration but it quickly melted away she was bad at getting truly angry. She walked the halls of the massive hospital she made her way to triage where she had a few friends there that she would chat with from time to time. She wanted to help someone she was pretty bored of just wandering around.

[Hijinks]

A loud crashing noise rang out through the halls of the once peaceful hospital. "Stay back! I bite!" A voice called out from the hallway. Suddenly, the doors to the triage flew open, and a purple filly dashed through, pursued by a couple or nurses. The filly, noticing she was at the end of the line, jumped onto a nearby table, preparing for her final stand.

The purple filly was covered in small cuts and bruises, though this did not seem to affect her. Her flank however had a horrible scar, completely covering where her cutie-mark should be, but it was clearly an old wound. The worst injury on her body, was her nose, which was horribly bruised and still slightly bleeding.

Hijinks, looked back at the nurses that were chasing her. Two griffons, both had their feathers ruffled, and they were panting for breath. Hijinks, however, was barely tired, much to the dismay of the nurses. She rose to her hindlegs and pointed towards the ceiling with her right hoof. In a dramatic voice, she announced, "You will never take me alive!"

Clara rushed over to where the commotion was. Some little filly was on some sort of rampage. She pushed her way through her colleagues. She could hear the two guards talking on 'how to deal' with this filly and she shoved both of them aside. "All of you back away." She glared at the guards as they backed off. She walked closer to the filly. "Hello I'm Doctor Clara. Are you ok? Do you mind if I look at your injuries?" She asked nicely with a smile on her face. She didn't care about who was behind her basically in her head everyone was gone and it was just her and this filly. She put a claw out to the little filly. "Come along. No one will hurt you I promise." Then her more senior doctor's arrived looking at Clara. There was quite a crowd behind her. One of the Doctor's spoke up
"I'll be taking over Clara." Clara looked back and snapped. "Like Hell you will. Your nurses and guards can barely keep this one down. She is my patient. No one will touch her but me!" She retorted. The doctor's and nurse's were surprised with her. "Go away all of you." She said calmly before looking back at the filly. Her claw was still extended to the little one. "what's your name?" She asked happily.

Hijinks was at first, unimpressed with the new nurse. However, it turned out that the hippy... hypo... pony/griffon thing had a bit of mojo in her. 

She smirked as the nurse held out her claw. "Alrighty, as long as stick in the mud over there doesn't interfere!" She said, loud enough for the senior doctor lady to hear. While Hijinks was sure she wasn't looking, she turned her joy-buzzer to very low power. This ought to give her a very small shock, just like a normal joy-buzzer. It was also hard to tell if it was actually on or not.

As she was reaching forward to take her claw, she hesitated. Zapping the nurse would probably get her stuck with miss grumpy guts over there... She stood there looking at the offered claw, mentally debating between the choices.

Clara smiled and laughed lightly. "No stick in the muds here. Just you and me...now lets go get you checked up." He pushed her claw a little closer to the filly. "It's ok I'm
A hippogryph. No need to be afraid." She smiled brightly. She really wanted this to pan out so that the other doctors would leave her alone. She was growing quite tired of their additude towards her. Hopefully this filly could really help her with that. "Come along now i don't want those cuts getting any worse."

Hijinks looked over at the crowd behind the Nurse. Glares, especially from stick in the mud. Hijinks chuckled mischievously, she could connect the dots. Reputation was on the line here, and she was going to exploit it!

"Of course!" She replied in a sweet childish voice. "I wouldn't want to..." She paused and raised her hoof, carefully displaying her joy-buzzer to the nurse and the nurse only. She turned the power up so sparks were visible, before turning it off. "...Ruin your reputation." She finished. "Especially considering that I will be rewarded for my good behavior with some... candy perhaps?" She kept her voice low so the other doctors couldn't hear.

Clara smiled underneath she knew she underestimated this child. Seeing the little sparks come from the item in the filly's hoof. She had an idea of how this will go down. She whispered to the filly. "You'll get more candy if you don't shock me." Clara quickly picked up the child and put her on her back to take her to an examination room. This is where Clara put on her little act. "Of course a little filly like you derserves a little candy. Lets get you patched up first." Clara said as she walked past her crowd of colleagues and guards. Maybe this wouldn't be all bad. Hopefully this would all go down without a shocking surprise for her. 

Clara took the filly to a small room with a less then comfy bed in it. She started digging through the cupboards to find some things to help with some Of the cuts on the filly. "So what is your name? now that we arent in the presence of those other doctors." She put a little clawful of candy choclateballs on the table beside the filly. Afterall Clara had to hold up to what she said to the filly.

Hijinks made sure to stick her tongue out at the doctors as they passed. She got a few glares in return, but they were ineffective. She already won.

As they entered the new room, Hijinks jumped onto the bed. Not super comfortable, but better than the ground. She would rate this bed: froggy out of five. "I am Me!" She replied to the Nurse. She swiped a few chocolates off the table, and popped them into her mouth. "Do you got any lollipops?" She said through a mouth full of chocolate. "Doctors always have lollipops."

Clara giggled "yes i have some but you only get one until i'm done with you." She went into the cupboard and grabbed a small lollipop and placed it on the table again. "I know you are you...what is your name..." Clara found this child to be quite odd besides the love for candy. "Now any sort of difficulty moving any limbs or any serious pain?" She asked trying to stay on task. Which was helping this filly.  She prepared a small rolling trolly with a few medical tools and bandages. She rolls it  over to the bed along with a chair for herself. She sat down and sighed as she prepared herself to work on this child as much as it was just simple bandages.

"I'm Me!" Hijinks responded happily. "And I can move just fine!" She eyed the lollipop. She could just nab it and run off. But then she wouldn't get medical help, and TayTay will find out and... Then he will stop giving her candy. Looks like she will have to brave this for the good of all candy kind. 

"You're a hippogriff." She said to the Nurse, while sitting as still as possible (As possible for Hijinks, anyway.) "I don't see many of them. Is there any actual difference between a hippogriff and a griffon? They seem the same to me, but with a pony butt."

Clara was confused about the name thing. "Well movement is good." she started to clean out a few of the filly's wounds. Trying to be careful because she knew it would sting. "Yes there is a difference. I'm not like them. I'm not a bird of prey. I'm more of a unique flower." she said with a laugh. "So where are your parents or guardians? Surely you didn't run into this hospital alone did you?" She asked as she inspected one of the Filly's larger cuts. "Also how did this all happen to you?" She asked as she sat back in her chair for a second.

Hijinks flinched ever so slightly when the nurse began cleaning her wounds, but showed no further signs of even noticing the stinging after that. "Yeah, I have a 'guardian', his name is Mr. Big Butts." she chuckled. "He's nice pony, butt he has bad breath."

All jokes aside, "I got these cuts because of an explosion! And a door landed on me. And there was this professor and a pirate and a masked pony that got rid of the door, and then I went on an adventure. Then I came here cause TayTay told me to." Hijinks is best story-teller.

She ignored the filly's immature comments she didn't want to feed the childs fire too much now. "So you had quite a night it seems?" she laughed lightly as she went back to tending to the wounds. "who is Taytay? is she a guardian to you?" She asked hoping to finally get something out of this filly. She started to dress some of the bigger wounds everything else would mainly heal over time. but for safety measure she put on a few band aids for the filly.

Hijinks giggled. TayTay isn't a she! That would be silly. After getting over her giggling fit, Hijinks answered, "I don't have a guardian, and I don't want one! I can take care of myself perfectly..." She noticed the current state she was currently in. "Except for this one time..." She also thought back on all the other times she got injured. "And some other times, but that's besides the point!"

Hijinks suddenly noticed that the nurse asked two questions in a row. "Hey!" She said with a slight frown. "That's not fair! I should get to ask a question now." She didn't wait for a response as she began her question. "Do hippogriffs eat meat like griffons? I tried eating meat once, but then I went blaaaaaaargh!" She imitated throwing up in an exaggerated fashion. She chuckled at the memory.

She chuckled at the energetic Filly. "I can eat meat, I don't normally though. But if you ever need a Medic I'll be here, surely you will be fine." she joked and lied, she wanted to find a safe place for this filly she already been through a lot by her stories. Clara thought about what to do the best thing for now was to get this little one patched up. "Do you have a nice place to sleep? Do you want a bed here so you can heal up a little bit?" she asked as she was nearly done cleaning and placing bandaids on the child. A few cuts on her legs needed to be wrapped up but nothing serious. "I know you probably think hospitals are lame...But we could have a sleep over sort of..." she smiled brightly, trying to keep the Filly's attention. "Come on it might be fun." she smirked.
