Physical Appearance:
Bluebook is very thin and average in height with a quill cutie mark emblazoned on her flanks. Her coat is a dark sky blue and her mane is a darker basic blue with baby blue stripes that match her eyes. She always wears a light blue bow at the end of her mane and she it never without her glasses. She is also usually seen with a notebook and quill hanging around her neck from a small string with some large book meant for reading on her side, held on by a strap meant just for it.

Personality:
Bluebook is very intelligent, but also rather frail due to her habit of using her mind more than her body. She often uses her brains to get others to do harder tasks for herself while guiding them along if her minimal strength can't get the job done. She prefers running over fighting, but she has been known to use the very thick books she carries around with her if she has to.
