Personality: Jasmine Sprites is a contemporary mare in a world where many ponies have fallen into despair. She has knows people who know people in the rebllion, but doesn't consider a life underground to be a real life in the least. The mare speaks in a simple, Manehattanite informal accent, peppering her speach with the occasional bit of snobbery. When at works she speaks like a proper gentlemare, dotting her i's and crossing her t's.

She doesn't harbor any crushing mental illnesses or anxieties. Her goal in life is to one day buy the tea shop from Evangeline, or marry into some money. She is a grounded mare, with normal problems. She likes to get out and party, and sometimes creeps into the undercity when she wants to get together with some friends and drink the night away.


History: She left home at around sixteen, when the war was still far away and there was some hope of success. She rode in the Manehattan train that morning, and found herself in a city on the grip of panic. She quickly found work tending bars, but once Manehattan was invaded and the griffons cracked down on the nighttime shenanigans, she found herself competing with a sudden influx of unemployed waitresses and staff.

She was lucky, that in Yr. 04, she managed to grab up some work with Evangeline. So far she's been doing well, but Evangeline doesn't trust the mare much, and she's yet to get her own set of keys for the shop.
