Personality:

Dusty is a buisnessman first, and a pony second. He will steal, preform shakedowns with his sons Sticks and Stones (Who WILL break your bones) and sell questionable items without batting an eyelid.

He usually pulls his cart around the city, taking dead and dying ponies from the streets or buying them from relatives for a portion of gold. He then sells them to Griffon butchers for a tidy profit and garunteed protected status. He has no reservations about making a few bodies if he has a small load, and will dispose of any bodies that may crop up through the fighting... for a price.


History:

Dusty was a quatermaster during the war, and made himself very wealthy by having items fall off the back of a cart for paying benefactors. Following the battle of Canterlot he was forced to abandon wis riches to the Griffons and flee to Manehattan with his sons.

Upon arrival he established himself as a consumate swindler and profiteer, making money in any way that he thought he could get away with. While he never amassed the same riches as before the war (Due to large bribes paid to guards) but can move with impunity, even after dark due to backdoor deals,
