Even Ruby lost his parents in the war he is a very enthusiastic pony and always runs around with a smile on his face and grabs life for its different joys and wonders and lives in the moment.
Ruby is a typical teenager. Curious and a rebellious mind always bring him into dangerous situations. For example it seems that griffons don’t like it, if a pony skates in front of the griffon HQ. He also is very inpatient pony and quickly gets annoying, if something doesn’t happen fast enough. So be warned that some of his fuses can be very short.


History:
Ruby’s fate is like the one of many children.  As the war begun he was send away from Manehattan to the countryside. For the last 8 years he stayed on the farm of his uncle Jack and never saw his parents alive again.
Shortly after the attack on Manehattan, Ruby ran into the burning city. After a few steps his feet were covered with blood. He knows that his parents would never give up without fighting and this was also his biggest fear. As he reached their old apartment block he was brought into tears. Not sure if it was an emotional reaction or because of the black smoke. Ruby slowly walked up to the house, the smell of burned flesh almost made him vomit. Suddenly a hoof grabbed his shoulder and held him back. Ruby didn’t even notice until now that there were ponies, who tried to extinguish the fire. He started to scream and flail, wanting to get into the house and rescue his parents, but a magical aura pushed him down onto the ground and a unicorn screamed at him. Ruby couldn’t understand what the unicorn was screaming, because so many thoughts were in his mind, but as he stopped struggle the aura disappeared. Ruby stood up and slowly walked away back to the farm, his mind not paying any attention to the outer world.
The only thing that reminds him at his parents is a picture with him short after his birth and his parents on it. They look very happy on the picture. On the backside is a short note. “Stay safe. Love Mum and Dad.”
In the evenings Ruby often stands in front of his window and ask himself how his life would be, if his parents would be still alive. He often plays with his own build firecrackers or skates around in the city to get other thoughts. Sometimes he even goes down into the sewers. Even if he doesn’t like the smell, it’s the only place where Ruby can get the ingredients for his firecrackers without drawing too much attention to him. Most of the time he pays with food from the farm or with bits, he earned with some little jobs.
