Staff Reformation - Last Promotions

We're finally bringing the staff reformation to an end and fill the last remaining positions: RP Resouce Managers and Moderators. The current volunteers for the positions are as follows:

Moderator:
Hijinks
Agent Omega (Quantum Flash)
Scintillance
Windhover
Dawn Star
Tayari
Atriark

RP Resource Manager:
Hijinks
Tayari

We've decided to take everybody. Hijinks and Tayari won't fully count as mods, but in their roles as Resrouce Managers, they'll probably be watching threads anyway, and we'll give them access to the moderator forum. Congratulations everybody.
