A Singer's Intro {Private}

[Dawn Star]

After she did some catching up with her sister Dawn decided since it was a beautiful day to go visit the Haven memorial park. she remembered hearing about it  from other ponies during her time of service ..she remembered how this park was described as the most peaceful spots in the city ..a must see in Manehattan however a lot had happened since she learned about this ..and she knew like everything else she saw it wouldn't be the same as it was in the past never the less she went for her walk to the park.

Dawn walked down the lightly snowy side walk thinking about how much the environment has changed since the war ..not just the city of Manehattan but entire place she and other ponies call home ..Equestria once a powerful and peaceful paradise ..but now its a weak and destroyed wasteland ruled by power hungry griffons ..how much we have fallen ..she thought.

After a while dawn finally reached Haven Mem...al ...ark is what the sign said that  read when she got there. It didn't look as good as probably did before the occupation but even in its Darkened war scared state there was still some beauty to it she went inside to take a closer look.

[Sweet Harmony]

Sweet Harmony took a moment to look around, the park was someplace she could come to be alone and relax. Snow seemed to help make the park more peaceful, her signing could echo off the trees and fill what seemed the entire world with the song. So when she had the chance, she took it to walk along the paths in the park.

She had come to the city to try and find a way to live on her own. It did hurt when griffins looked at her like some sort of freak, as well as any of the ponies or zebras of the city. The landscape was something beautiful to her, even if a little scared, like her own body. So she set about walking the paths.

After a few minutes she sat on one of the benches, looking out across the park as she starts to sing nice and soft. 

"♪Oh, dawn is rising.
♫The sun, is shining.
♪Snow, a gleamin.
♫And clouds, a driftin."

Her melody nice and short, but sweet as if she was filled with joy. The words going out across the park, seeming to bounce off the trees to make it heard all over. Any who heard those notes would feel happy for their lives and for the weather, though wouldn't understand why.

Dawn continued her journey through the park looking around at the snow covered trees and watched as the sunlight reflected on them to create a bright light that could of blinded her.She walked down the lightly snowed path but as she was walking she heard a faint sound. Dawn stopped for a minute to try hear zero in on it.As her ears twitched and moved the sound became clearer ..it almost sound like a message ...no it wasn't a message ...there was a pattern to how the words were sounding ..like..a melody... Someone was singing. It was still hard to hear but how the words went with melody of the song made Dawn feel ..happy all of the sudden.

[Sweet Harmony]

Harmony kept walking slowly through the park. She was filled with happiness and it showed in her voice. Eyes closed as she increased the volume a little more. Her notes carrying out across the snow as it seemed to ring out.

"I walk with the dust,
swirling and glowing
this moment will never bust
a small wind blowing."

The verse was talking about the snow under her hooves and paws as she spun around. Her tail swishing to make the small flakes below blow up in a dust. Then she dived through it with a giggle to allow her to see the shining of the sun off all the small flakes.
